COVID UPDATE
After much thought and with the safety of our clients, staff and families in mind, we will be once again be requiring masks to be worn during workouts EFFECTIVE July 30th, 2021.
We have absolutely LOVED seeing everyone’s faces over the past 6 weeks and hope to be able to workout mask free again in the near future. For now, the concern for safety of our community outweighs the abundance of joy we get seeing your big smiles!
Things that will remain the same:
- Temperature screening upon arrival
- Air purifiers running throughout the gym during sessions
- No fans on during sessions
- Front door open during sessions
- Hand sanitizing upon entering the gym
- Clients are responsible for sanitizing equipment used during session
- Clients are responsible for putting all equipment back in its proper place at the end of each session
We want to remind you that for the time being, and likely for the long term, you are invited to enter the gym at the time of your scheduled session and not before. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

THANKSGIVING WORKOUT & ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE : WE DID IT!
Our annual “give back to the community” workout and food drive benefiting the San Francisco/Marin Food Bank happened again Thanksgiving Day. We’re proud to report that we met our goal and dropped off our food this week! Thank you to all members who participated!
