All members receive a one-on-one introductory session. This one-on-one session lasts 45-60 minutes, allows you to learn the warm-up, and allows us to assess your current movement competency, asymmetries and determination of pain as well as helping us understand where you are in terms of your current fitness level and how we can help you achieve your fitness and athletic objectives.
At Advanced Wellness, our fitness coaches then help you evolve your training as you progress toward your fitness goals. This is an essential part of our model. Your training program is never static and continues to change as you move forward along the fitness continuum.
